slot in Terraria, all you gotta do is defeat the Wall of Flesh in Hardmode. Once you take down this big baddie in the underworld, it drops the Demon Heart, an item that when used, permanently gives you that much-coveted 6th accessory slot. Remember, this only works in Expert Mode or Master Mode worlds, so don’t sweat it if you can’t find it in a Normal world.
